Which Java Update Do I Download? - Confused!

When I update my ubuntu 8.04 in Update Manager, I get 3 java packages to update my system with totalling 33 mb. However, on java.com, the update on the site that totals only 18 mb. I'm confused. Which java update do I download for ubuntu 8..04? The one in Update Manager or the one directly from the site?
