SqlAlchemy 1.5 rc2

Is there any plans distribute sqlAlchemy 1.5 rc2 with Ubuntu 8.10?

I'm not at all related to sqlachemy but I believe that it will not be possible.

Indeed, rc2 means "release candidate" so it's not even stable ! The recommended version on the website is 0.4.8.

Intrepid is currently frozen and it's very unlikely (= no chance at all except if it is really critical) that such major version upgrade will occur.

Anyway, there's good chance that 0.5 will be available in the intrepid-backport repository when available. Be patient. For your information, it is already packaged in debian experimental.
