Flash player not working too good.

Ubuntu 8.04

Firefox.

I can play videos fine with good quality but not flash/streaming videos.

I installed flash player 9. Youtube and other such sites work but not very good. I get sound and video but it's choppy and crude.

I watch videos through totem movie player and it works much better. How can I improve the quality of playback when watching flash videos?

If your Pc have a CPU less than 700 mhz, the quality in streaming is very low.

Can you help with this problem?
