low disk space

my computer is saying it has low disk space and im trying to find out how to clear it or make more room.I have frostwire and im trying to d/l some stuff but each time i try it says problem with disk.Then one time a ballon popped up reading low disk space.how do i take care of this matter?

you might want to consider removing some files or applications. or alternativly buying a second hard-drive.

you can use the disk usage analyser tool to figure out where your large files are (applications -> accessories -> disk usage analyser)

what exactly do i go to,to take some stuff off the computer and make room

applications -> add/remove programs
or applications -> accessories -> file browser - to delete some of your own personal files
