Installing ubuntu 8.04 - What to do with existing ubuntu 7.10

Hi.
My laptop harddisk is currently installed with xp and ubuntu 7.10 and i had also just now installed ubuntu 8.04 inside XP and i now want to remove ubuntu 7.10.
Pls tell me how to do the followings:
1. To claim back the space used up by ubuntu 7.10 back to window xp so that i can uninstalled ubuntu 8.04 to later reinstalled back with bigger space because current space assigned to ubuntu 8.04 now is only 4G

Hello

To remove ubuntu partition

Pop in the live CD, go system -> administration -> install

Click on the Ubuntu partition in the graphical display.
Press the Delete button.

Simple...:)

TQ but there is a problem because i had reused the CDRW ( containing
ubuntu 7.10 ) for ubuntu 8.04 now.. Can your proposed solution still
work ? and if after deleting it will the grub boot menu still work for
window xp ?
