how dialup to free Netzero

As a charity we provide free computers to seniors. xubuntu solves our lic cost, now ideally can we use a dialup modem to access free Netzero.
Located in Orlando Florida toll free access is required. Netzero only supports windows but this may be just configuring the modem.

This give me info I didn't know, I still have problems with dialup modem but this info makes the case to not use the emailer in netzero but use them for access then use yahoo or msn for email.
