KDE systray disappeared: how to restore it?

After last reboot I found the KDE System Tray has disappeared.
I've tried to add an "Application Dock Panel" from the main panel, but I only get a vertical panel on the right side.
And, what's more important, I cannot add anything to it, not I can move it somewhere else as there is no left click menu on it.

How can i restore the panel?

Ok, found, that is an applet and not another panel.
So I went to add another applet, then choose the last one (system tray) which actually added a new panel.
