2.6.24-21 kernel panic standby

2 days ago I updated to kernel 2.6.24-21 from 2.6.24-19. I now have new and old bugs to announce:
The good news: It starts without changes ("quiet splash" is now possible when AC is connected)
The bad: I have a Sony notebook and now the WLAN-led isn't working any more. WLAN works fine, so far so good.
Now, some new and really bad: When closing the lid my Sony should go to "standby". That dosn't work any more. I get some "kernel panic", when doing so.

I unfortunatly activated hardy-proposed for updates. I'm only a "user", so when back to 2.6.24-19 it's all fine again.
