Changing time.

Time displayed on the panel is wrong so tried to change it but i failed.Even i increased it 10 hours but nothing happend.
only dates are changing.

Click the date right to you user's name on the right of the top panel. Click the button Edit that is beside Locations (over the map). Click the tab general. Then on the button Times Settings (at the bottom), after this, click on Unlock (again, at the bottom of the new dialog). Type in your password in the new dialog and then click on Authenticate. Return to the last dialog and adjust time at will.
