More about MP3

Asked by Barbara Maver

I have now managed to download a song I have been looking for but it has gone into a "recent documents". I have an MP3 player with 11 tracks. I want to add this song to it and then make a CD of the twelve tracks. I would also like to get a library of music organised. Can you help? It must be quite simple but I am getting in a right mess with it.
Barbara

You should use Rhythmbox, which comes installed with Ubuntu.
It will keep your music library organised using artist and album information.

When your MP3 player is plugged in, it will appear in Rhythmbox so you can browse its contents. To transfer songs between your computer and the player you only need to drag and drop.

If you insert a blank CD, it will also appear in Rhythmbox and dragging and dropping selected songs, they will be recorded to CD.

Can you help with this problem?
