Add India in Location List while download

When I try to download UBUNTU 8.04 LTS first I have to select the location, I am living in India so when I search for India it was not there in the list. So my Heartly request to Add India in the list.

ubuntu mirrors are provided by external companies and organisations, if you want a mirror in india you should consider writing to various tech companies in india and asking them to officall mirror the ubuntu iso's. for now you might want to choose a location close to india, you should get good speed from any mirror though and they all contain the same data and the same version of ubuntu
