ndiswrapper or something

Hi, i want to ask.. is there something like ndiswrapper but only for simple LAN network (RJ-45 Cable)
cuz i've got an Atheros ar8113/ar8114/ar8121 card, and ubuntu does not reconize it...

What should i do?

You could try the Linux driver Atheros provide at:
http://partner.atheros.com/Drivers.aspx

This post also seems to indicate that, if you have a bundled CD (this person had that chipset on their motherboard), the Linux drivers may be on there:
