Gutsy Gibbon on CD ROM

I recently ordered Hardy Heron on CD ROM to install onto my PS3.
I have since learned that Hardy isn't supported on PowerPC and Gutsy is the one to go for. The thing is, I can't access the internet except on my mobile so, I need the Live CD to install it but, I can't find anywhere to get it. Can anyone help, please?

They may be able to provide you a CD.
