Running Apple (Mac) software?

Is there any possible way to run Apple Software on Ubuntu, like you can use Wine to run Micrososft software?

If you are using a PowerPC, there's Mac-on-Linux...however that doesn't work for the Intel-based macs. If you have any specific software in mind, you could check to see if it's been ported to Windows (and then use wine to run that)...otherwise, you are out of luck.

I'm using a computer that natively ran Windows XP.
