Hi

Call up Help and Support in the System Menu and search for 'screensaver', then select the 'Music, Videos and Photos' link to see 'setting a slideshow as your screensaver'.

Hope this helps. If it does please mark this as Solved.

You can use the Pictures folder by using the "Pictures folder" screensaver:

Preferences > Screensaver

There doesn't seem to be an option to specify an arbitrary folder.

Open Applications->Graphics->F-Shot Photo manager

Import some photo into F-spot and tag them as Preferred

Then open the System->Preferences->Screensaver and choose the F-spot Photo screensaver.

Hope this helps
