Blinking minimized skype chat window on new message + another question

Hi,
I absolutely LOVE Ubuntu, but there are two very annoying bugs when I use Skype.
1) When someone call me or start a chat the system hangs up for some time ( i even can't move my mouse ) then the sound plays and every thing comes back to normal. This bug appears randomly even when I'm in the middle of the chat.

2) If you can make minimized chat windows to blink on a new message this will be great because I don't want to wear my headphones all the time and even when I hear the sound I have to scroll trough all my minimized chat windows to see in witch I have a new massage.

I'm not sure to who should I send these bugs to you or to the skype developers, but I'm sending this to you first.
