How to get Xfce 4.4 default desktop layout in Xubuntu?

Asked by fiery

Xubuntu ships with a 'GNOME-ified' version of Xfce (http://www.xubuntu.com/files/edgy5.jpeg), how does one go about changing the desktop back to the original CDE style Xfce 4.4 desktop (http://www.xfce.org/images/about/screenshots/4.2-1.jpg).

Are there a couple of files that users can easily delete or overwrite to do this (rather than manually deleting or adding panels/app etc)?

This links in with a question asked on ubuntuforums, however no none there seems to know how to do it: http://www.ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=366113&highlight=xfce+default+profile

Application->Settings->Windows-Manager-Settings->Style

and then choose Xfce.

I hope this helps.
