how to uninstall ubuntu without affecting windows???

Boot into Windows > Select 'Run' from the Start menu > Type 'mmc' > Hit Enter key > Choose 'Add/Remove Snap-In...' from the 'File' menu > Add 'Disk Management' > In the left-hand menu, highlight 'Disk Management' > In the right hand menu, right-click on the Ubuntu partition and select 'Delete partition', do the same with your swap space > Decide on new use of partition

As an aside, I regret to hear you revert back to proprietary chains.
