don't have os system

I don't Have a OS system install and I cant log to internet to download wireless drives, what can I do??

Download an Ubuntu iso cd and install it or ask fro free to https://shipit.ubuntu.com/

- Minimum system requirements to install Ubuntu 8.04.1 https://help.ubuntu.com/community/Installation/SystemRequirements

Download the standard Ubuntu 8.04.1 32 bits iso image from here:
http://releases.ubuntu.com/releases/8.04.1/ubuntu-8.04.1-desktop-i386.iso
or better using a torrent file:
http://releases.ubuntu.com/releases/8.04.1/ubuntu-8.04.1-desktop-i386.iso.torrent

go to the nearest internet cafe Download an Ubuntu iso cd and install it or ask for free cd and shipping to https://shipit.ubuntu.com/
be patient to wait,it depends on your location
download the standard Ubuntu 8.04.1 32 bits iso image from here:
http://releases.ubuntu.com/releases/8.04.1/ubuntu-8.04.1-desktop-i386.iso
or better using a torrent file:
http://releases.ubuntu.com/releases/8.04.1/ubuntu-8.04.1-desktop-i386.iso.torrent
you can request somebody who already have cd- its free to copy
