Visual Contact Business Card Grid - Thumbnailer to display vcf contact files as business cards with field select & photo options

To develop a Thumbnailer to display VCF contact files as business card with field select & photo select options to select what fields the thumbnails will display. This is to allow Nautilus or other file browsers to show the vcf files as a grid of rows and columns of business cards.

At first this is going to be built as a script for nautilus and later could be developed into a stand alone program as well.

This program can be extended later to allow editing the vcf files easier in a form and to add pictures to them, to allow to call, email or open a browser or a chat program with a selected social network, skype or other account or a web page.

This program can also be extended with the ability to manipulate vcf files and to convert them into one multi storage vcf file, or backwards, to convert them into csv files or into other formats accepted by thunderbird, outlook, gmail, iphone, android, etc...
