trouble with java in both ie7 and firefox

i have been haveing trouble with java 6 update 7, in internet explorer it will not load any rooms in pogo, in firefox it will load if you hit play now but if you go to a room it loads but it will not load when you want to get on a table, says i have pops ups still going on, i have turned off the pop ups for firefox and got rid of my yahoo tool bar and i still cant load tables any suggestions, i was on with microsoft for 5 hours yesterday tring to correct this issue to no avail
