Asked by adhi jassem

Hello Guys,

I am new bie in Ubuntu, and i have a small problem in my wireless connection. Actually i have a notepad with the name of " Lenovo 3000 N100 " and i have Installed Ubuntu on it. And every thing is working fine except wireless connection. even my LAN network is working fine from the first date. Almost all the drivers are working. but when i try to connect with my office network with my laptop wireless connection. It's not detecting any network niether the led of wireless is also not blinking. And i 've checked the status of driver of Wireless Device and it's telling that it's installed perfectly. But further i am putting full information of this device here.
if i use this command:
" lshw "
 *-network

Did you check on the network manager?
Do you use roaming mode?
Is the hardware switch on?
if you run the command

ifconfig -a
nm-tool
iwconfig

What are the output?

Can you copy and paste the messages, syslog file under /var/log/ directory to http://pastebin.com for us to take a look at?

Thanks,
