Should've guessed that, sorry, but now it says there is an error.
 missing destination file operand

the command I used was;
sudo mv /media/disk/home/ordi/Desktop/sis190.ko/media/disk/lib/modules/2.6.24-16-generic/kernel/drivers/net/sis190.ko
