How to clear a session? (Hardy)

I installed Screenlets and every time I reboot I get my old screenlets pop up and my new ones are gone, I understand it is something to do with saved sessions? How do I clear these? I am new to Linux.

When you click on the button to power off the machine, or close your session, it should have an option button to save the session. Uncheck it.
