HI, After reboot this problem is gone. Is it normal?

possibly. As long as updates are running then great :)

It seems that there was a network access problem between your system and the Ubuntu server, but this apparently has disappeared.
There is another issue with duplicate source definition and the well-known i386 warning about the google chrome repository.
Please provide the output of the commands
cat -n /etc/apt/
cat -n /etc/apt/
(I assume that the google.list file should be deleted, but we need to see the output of the commands above to confirm that.)

Yes, as expected.
Issue the command
sudo rm /etc/apt/
to remove the obsolete file. After that the command
sudo apt-get update
should not show any error or warning any more.
