How Do I Install Specific HP Drivers for My Printer?

I already have my HP F380 printer recognized by ubuntu 8.04. But, I want to install the specific drivers that came on the CD. I want the driver specific to the F380 printer, not the generic driver that is recognized automatically by ubuntu. How can I do this?

You cannot install the cd driver because is for mac or windows, but olso the CD driver are generic driver ;-)
