starting PC dual system

Dear Sirs,
Probably You can help me , because when I start PC I can see a long menu
where I think something is wrong.
I have found this file (probably is the LILO and the menu I copied below) that I would modify
 only if You suggest me the correct changes to it.
MOreover I prefer to have XP as a default starting OS and I think that it's possible
modifying the same LILO, what do you think ?
(Now I see this long menu and I think it's something to shorten)

A last question I have another PC (with OS vista) .
Is it possible to install also UBUNTU together with VISTA ? Or I have to proceed in a different way from
what I did with XP ?
