My display crushes if I go anyother session other than failsafe gnome. How to rectify?

I have intel810 display

I can boot only in Failsafe Gnome mode. Not in any other mode. My displays hangs the system. I cant do anything other than restarting the system.

It solved my problem after 3 months

sudo displayconfig-gtk
I saw my display card was correct
But monitor name was wrong (samtron 56v)
I corrected it
It worked
