Dekko problem following OTA update in Dec 2016

Asked by LUC

Hi,

On a MEIZU PRO 5 with latest OTA in Dec. 2016, find a new option to have, when offline, the possibility to read emails in Dekko.
Option that was not offered before that update, when offline / off any data connection, it was not possible to read the emails in Dekko because as soon as you started DEKKO, if the connection was not available, the app closed straight.

Therefore I found interesting to be able to read my emails offline and I tagged the option.

Since that time, I cannot anymore open Dekko, offline or not.
I don't have enough time to tip the parameters menu and even if I manage to, the app closes straight.

I tried to uninstall that app and reinstall it but the parameters are not removed when uninstalling. Therefore, reinstalling does not solve the problem.

Thanks in advance for your help.

Regards.

P.S. : would be great to offer the possibility to remove an update instead of leaving users with a disable toy...

Thanks for your quick feedback.

In the meantime, I found that piece of info dated from 2015.
