Is your Ubuntu etx3 partition...?

If yes please force a file system check at next boot

Open a Terminal from the menu Applications->Accessories->Terminal and type:

sudo touch /forcefsck

then to reboot your pc

sudo reboot

give your user password when requested, you don't see nothing when you type it, then press enter.

Hope this helps

Thanks alot for your help...
i did it, and no errors..
but it didn't solve the problem itself.. i mean my problem with my hardware errors..
Sound still works sometimes, sometimes not untill i reboot the system...
Firefox hangs alot..The main bar hangs too, and sometime i couldn't sutdown my computer probably ... and many others..
So i'm still having the same problems..
Could you tell me how could i solve them and checked my system for any further errors?

Thanks again in advance..
