ubuntu users in hawaii

well i've been having Major issues with ubuntu and we wondering if any of you lived in hawaii that i could pay someone to go and configure and iron out the bugs in my system. i am deeply annoyed by the fact that this os is so good yet so bugged out. if some one could help me or if you are willing to help give me step by step instructions could you contact me at <email address hidden>

well first thing is

a.) detail your problems in a support form, which can be here as a question, the ubuntu forums http://www.ubuntuforums.com, or the support irc channels #ubuntu on irc.ubuntu.com.

You can also look at other support methods such as the mailing lists.

Detail your problem with your basic hardware, the ubuntu version (desktop/server/8.04/7.10/x86/x86_64) your using and someone will respond.

Try to post one problem per question so to not confuse any issues.
