sqwebmail attachment size limit too low

I get the following message when trying to upload an attachment with sqwebmail:
Attachment size (3 MB) exceeds limit set by system administrator (1 MB)

How do I change this limit? Google search has failed to yield an answer. Thanks!

Thanks for the link but I had already looked at that and it honestly didn't help.

I ended up just uninstalling sqwebmail and I now use squirrelmail. I find it to be much more user/administrator friendly.
