How to use theme?

I have installed the theme through add/remove program but i don't know how to use it?
so please tell me.

Are you talking about a gnome-theme?

In that case:

Navigate through the following menus: System -> Preferences -> Appearance

Pick the theme you want to use, and click Close.

I hope this helps :)

If this is not a gnome-theme, then you need to explain which application you are talking about.
