Edgy Eft versions work but not Feisty versions.

In the beginning of Feisty (all versions) installation,
"/bin/sh; can't access tty; job control turned off (initramfs)"
appears, and installation stops there.

All Feisty versions with "Alternate" installation work satisfactorily.
