Share screen and synchronize files between Ubuntu devices
Hello! This is more a feature request aimed at mobile Ubuntu devices. Imagine you have an Ubuntu tablet. You are at home and want to watch some file on your Ubuntu desktop from your tablet. What will you do? I guess smth hard to repeat for many people or smth not very convenient.
What do I suggest? I suggest streaming Desktop's screen to tablet screen. Desktop must understand that it is being streamed to a mobile device, so it will make a proper interface for streamed device. And on the tablet itself you should see all the files and the Desktop itself. Files must be "tagged" so that you could know what file is only on your PC, what is on your Tablet only, and what is synchronized between all the devices. File synchronization must be in 1-2 clicks.
If that will be done, than I will surely buy or flash Ubuntu into tablet and phone. If an image can be streamed fast enough, than you could play really hard games right on your weak Ubuntu tablet! It just becomes a wireless screen for your main computer, and synchronizing/
Please tell me what do you think about that. Can i expect that feature from Ubuntu? I would love to!
