command and button on laptop don't work when trying to eject CD/DVD

Nothing happens when I press the button on the CD/DVD drive and when I use the command nothing happens. help

What command are you using, please?

What is the output of:

sudo lshw -C disk; sudo lshw -C drive; lsb_release -a; uname -a
