Can I instal it on the Windows or I should instal it from the DOS. Can I use 2 operating system?

I would like to know is it possible to instal it on windows? any advise for instalation?
Can I use 2 operating systems?

You can either install it on Windows via Wubi, which is on the Ubuntu Desktop CD since Hardy. Or you can install it alongside Windows, by resizing your existing Windows installation. The Ubuntu installer automatically does this for you.
Whichever way you choose, you have to decide on each boot which system to start.

Forgot to mention: I would recommend a full installation, resizing your existing Windows system. But that's only my personal opinion.
