how to load sims2 game and play it

im trying to load my games like sims and tycoon and games like that from a disk

You might find that it works with wine or if it doens't require 3d a virtual machine - or have you got linux versions of the games?

I use virtualbox as a virtual machine

Without those you will not be able to play a windows game on linux anymore than you can play a linux game on windows, the other alternative is to dual boot and use windows to play the games.
