25.gig partition too small to install 8.04???

OK previous question on frozen upgrade to 8.04 abandoned. Decided to install 8.04 clean. now the 25 gig partition it's suggesting turns out to be too small? Please, any suggestions anyone?

for the benefit of anyone having the same problem. I went into the gnome partitioner, having booted from the disk, and manually created a partition. Then went back to install and when the partition editor came up made a manual selection of the partition I had just created. That worked! If anyone needs further details email me <email address hidden>
