Screen won't turn on after monitor was briefly turned off

This is what I've got from running the command on 16.10 Live USB (The problem is still reproducible in Live USB mode):

I fixed it by disabling DP 1.2 in my monitor settings.

Go to "Display" in Monitor's OSD, then "DP 1.2" and select "Disable".
