I am going to have to admit that I am not clear as to where your boot process is failing...

Could you describe the blue page better?

If TuniX12 is correct you may want to hit 'esc' at the initial boot screen and then select the recovery mode option. This will allow you to do an 'lspci' and also 'nano /etc/X11/xorg.conf' to see if the detected video card is what is being loaded in your xorg.conf.

You would also be able to reconfigure xorg.conf if needed.
