No network connection on new install

I cannot connect to internet. It is a new install and it seems like network hasn't got a "driver". All other computers are connecting fine but Ubuntu 16,10 64 bit will not connect.

It is a gigabyte mb , 6core amd processor,, realtek gigiabyte network. Got no error message except cannot connect to internet.

What is the output of:

sudo lshw -C network; sudo rfkill list
