You mean to copy ndiswrapper files in a folder called modules?
Sorry for my ignorance but i'm at the beginning with this operating system.

No... /etc/modules is a file for modules auto startup

edit the file
sudo gedit /etc/modules

and in the end add ndiswrapper
save restart the system and try
