Ubuntu 16.10 Firefox flash audio not working for one site

Just installed 16.10 with the stock version of Firefox (49). I go to this web site: http://983thepenguin.com/home/streaming and it will not play the sound. It does however does the updating images. Sound and video does work for other sites like uTube.

I installed the Chromium browser and it works with this site.

I don't think is the station, but 16.10's implementation of Flash within the shipped version of Firefox. I cat get the station with firefox on Windows and a kUbuntu 14.04 desktop (Where I get the sound but no picture updates)

If it works in Kubuntu then it sounds like a bug. Please report it and state it works in Kubuntu but not in Ubuntu.

What Windows does is of zero value here
