wsjt needs some fixes replacing Numeric with numpy

that program doesn't work out of the box.
it needs to be fixed in :
/usr/share/
and
/usr/share/
with respect to the use of the function Numeric.zeros.
a similar function is available in numpy (numpy.zero), but the syntax is a little bit different
