Update of fpc, lazarus, lcl on build-farm

Are you planning to update fpc, lazarus, lcl, lcl-utils on your build-farm? The Free Pascal Compiler for example reached 3.0 and Lazarus/lcl is at 1.6.

This isn't a matter of what's on the build farm: build-dependencies are installed from whatever's in the corresponding series in the Ubuntu primary archive. Build-dependencies in your own PPA are preferred, so you can always upload your own versions if you can get them to build.
