how do you install on a toshiba c50 1 ck aptop and how do you contact the team? Does it work better from the preinstalled 5.99 usb?

The install media doesn't make the installation better, it's exactly the same data as on a CD. There just aren't any moving parts so the installation is faster.

Insert the USB stick and tell the BIOS to boot USB first.

Are you wanting a dual boot or is Ubuntu to be the sole OS on the system?
