Firefox 49 for Linux, colors are wrong.
Ubuntu 14.04, 64 bit, HP Compaq dc5800. Firefox only, not Chromium, Opera, qBittorrent, or QupZilla. This does not happen on 16.04. This is a dual boot 14.04 and 16.04 on same computer. This started a about six weeks ago.
What should be red, on many sites, is a bright GREEN. Launchpad.net is one site, the Ubuntu logo should be red, it is green. On 10/07/16, was reading about hurricane M. In some pictures of people, they were green. Some websites have correct colors. Some sites have green pictures and correct pictures. ???
Answer given from Mozilla Firefox support.

Hi
Thank you for your question.
I am using Ubunut 16.04 myself and do not have this issue, but I am using a Mozilla version of Firefox, not the pre-installed Ubuntu variant.
Chances are that the Ubuntu community (if they are aware of this) will fix this soon, but you may wish to consider downloading and installed a Mozilla copy of Firefox. This article will help move your bookmarks and profile information across.
I hope this helps, but if not, please come back here and we can look into a different solution for you.

I have not tried Firefox supports answer yet. Colors have been correct since installing 14.04, ( from Ubuntu Software Center ). Something has changed. I don't think installing Firefox from the Mozilla site, is the best way to fix this. I would like to know what caused it and correct that. Has anyone had this problem? Which sites are good to use, to send screen shots? The one I used in the past, charges now, and is a pain to use. Thanks
