unable to detect second mointor Elementary freya 0.3.2

I am using Elementary Freya 0.3.2 and i want to use dual monitor. When I connect dual monitor through USB VGA and go to display setting its shows only one. I am using dell OptiPlex 7010. Please revert how to resolve , as soon as possible.

ElementaryOS is not supported here or in any of the Ubuntu support channels. ElementaryOS has it's own community and support channels.
None of the "Ubuntu based" distributions are supported by the Ubuntu community.

This is the same for Ubuntu. Ubuntu is based on Debian. If you ask for Ubuntu support in Debian support channels you will be directed here or to another Ubuntu forum.
