What wifi chip does the system use?
Is the system a laptop or a desktop?

Thanks

We need a lot more information. Like the WiFi chip. The link given will tell us a lot about the system

thank you Mr.actionparsnip and Manfred Hampl.it seems that i wasnt connected to main server for the proprietary wireless driver to be installed via additional drivers after connecting to the main server and using the broadcom wireless driver i can connect to my router.sorry if you had to go through trouble.

Thank you very much.
